Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Your order will be shipped after it is reviewed and approved by the pharmacist. The pharmacist may get in contact with you to confirm your order. If you can not be contacted, your order may be delayed.

 

Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 3 PM. Orders are eligible to be shipped the same day based on if the item is in stock and carrier pickups below:

- Australia Post: Can be shipped same day if in stock and ordered before 1 PM Sydney Australian Eastern Daylight Time time. Delivery time frame 1-3 days 

- TNT Express: Can be shipped same day if in stock and ordered before 11 AM Sydney Australian Eastern Daylight Time time. Delivery time frame 1-2 days

Note - although we try our best to ship orders as quick as we can sometimes there can be delays with shipping that is out of our control.

Refunds

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances of the patient. Returns may only be accepted if the medication is unopened and unused. 

 

Acknowledgment of Liability for Lost Packages

By placing an order, the Customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that Ford Discount Pharmacy shall not be liable for the cost of any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of Australia Post, StarTrack, or any other delivery service provider.

The Customer agrees that Fords Discount Pharmacy is not responsible for replacing the package or refunding the cost of the package in the event it is lost, damaged, or delayed by Australia Post, StarTrack, or any other delivery service provider.
